Refurbishment of the existing wine store, office block and a new vat house comprising a service walkway above the vats. The large vat room hall consists of precast concrete walls clad in CCV (glass-reinforced cement) mesh; the two gables are covered by a traditional roof overhang supported by a reinforced concrete structure formed of prefabricated modules based on the layout of the mesh on the walls.
The large canopy has a projection of 5.80 m.
A thin concrete sunshade, also prefabricated, protects the entrance on the south gable.
