Montreuil tram maintenance and storage depot – T1 tram line
Technical details: Volume: 8,000 m³ of excavated material; office and maintenance hall floor area: 2,500 m²; car park: 1,700 m². Green roofs.
Mixed foundations comprising a raft foundation and deep pile foundations; precast concrete structure for the maintenance hall trusses, steel structure for the hall’s equipment, and timber structures for the office building superstructure.
